Tofu Rice dill

Ingredients:

  • Tofu
  • Turmeric
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Water 1 ¾ cups
  • Dill ½ cup
  • Peas
  • Salt
  • Yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Fry tofu with turmeric, oil, salt and pepper.
  2. For the rice, cook rice with dried dill and peas. Add salt and olive oil.
  3. Optionally serve with yogurt on the side.
