- Rice 1 cup
- Water 1 ¾ cups
- Dill ½ cup
- Fry tofu with turmeric, oil, salt and pepper.
- For the rice, cook rice with dried dill and peas. Add salt and olive oil.
- Optionally serve with yogurt on the side.
